Club Events
In addition to Club events and Fairs, the Club participates in various community events throughout the year. By participating in community activities, members are able to promote 4-H and learn the value of being involved and giving back to their community.

Poultry Swap Meets
- Coombs - the 1st Sunday of each month - 11:00 am to Noon, at the Coombs Fairgrounds
- Qualicum Bay - 2nd Sunday each month - 10:00 am to Noon, at Lighthouse Community Hall. (This is in conjunction with their regular monthly Flea Market and Pancake Breakfast which starts at 8 am)
- Courtenay - the 3rd Sunday each month –10:00 am to noon - Shar-Kare
- Cowichan Feather Fanciers – 4th Sunday each month –11:00 am to 12:30pm, at Buckerfields, Duncan- beginning in March
- Metchosin Swap Meet - Sundays 11-1 April 19, May 3 & 24, June 7 & 21, July 12, August 9, September 20, and October 18
Location-Upper field beside Metchosin Municipal Hall and Fire Hall 4440 Happy Valley Rd. Lots of parking.
